huge.tips is a free tip-card browser. There are no accounts and no sign-in. The cards you save, hide and rate stay in your own browser: those choices are never sent to us or to anyone else.

What the site keeps in your browser

To remember your choices between visits, the site saves three short lists in your browser's localStorage:

  • Saved cards (huge_tips_saved) — the cards you've saved for later.
  • Not interested (huge_tips_hidden) — the cards you've flipped away so they stop showing.
  • Ratings (huge_tips_ratings) — the rating you gave each card you've rated, so a card and its entry page show the same one.

The lists hold card IDs, and the ratings list a rating beside each. None of them leaves your device: they are not sent to a server, and we cannot see them. Sharing a card uses your device's own share sheet or clipboard.

What the server logs

huge.tips is served directly from our own web server. Like almost every web server, it keeps a standard access log of the requests it answers: the address your request came from (your IP address), the time, the page or file asked for, the response, the page that linked to it, and the browser's user-agent string.

These logs exist to keep the site running and to protect it from abuse — spotting faults, enforcing rate limits, and blocking addresses that flood the server. They are not used to identify, track or profile visitors, are not combined with any other data, are not shared with anyone, and are rotated away automatically.

Opening your saved cards loads the page again with ?bank on its address, so that request appears in the log like any other. The log shows only that the saved-cards view was opened, never which cards are in your lists.

What we don't collect

  • No accounts and no personal details — we never ask for your name, email, or anything that identifies you.
  • No cookies.
  • No analytics or tracking — no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising, or telemetry of any kind.
  • No fingerprinting — the site creates and stores no device or visitor identifier.

Third-party services

The site loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images. Its icons and fonts are served with the site itself, and the server's security policy blocks pages from loading anything from another origin, so browsing huge.tips discloses nothing about you to an outside service.

Your data, your control

Because your lists live in your browser, you are always in control. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes them. Each browser and device keeps its own lists.

A private window starts with no lists of its own and discards whatever you save in it when it closes. It does not touch the lists saved in your regular windows.
